I humbly ask that each of you positively work with your Coach for this training over the next four months. From my personal experience, this program has allowed me to be at least 25% more productive, in less time and with less stress.
Dr. Deming said that 96% of the outcome has to do with the system. This program is a system for paper, computer and information processing. If this system improves our output by only 10%, we will have made our investment back in three months. However, I really believe the improvements will be in the order of 20% to 30%."
